Jaffe Holden’s services include a fully-developed business unit in the field of IT infrastructure. Our planning and design efforts address the three major technology system challenges that arise in every project: integration, manageability and adaptability. Our drawings and specifications cover everything from equipment space planning to building-wide raceway systems to common cable requirements for low voltage systems.
Network performance and efficiency are critical to the modern business environment. There is a growing need to support the convergence of numerous information-based technologies, such as voice, data, audio, video, security, building management and wireless access. Our focus is on enabling the integration of those applications over a single network architecture that is flexible and scalable. Our designs embrace a principle that adaptability provides readiness for ongoing technological evolution and delivers the greatest return on investment for building owners.
Jaffe Holden specifies infrastructure systems for all building and construction types. We coordinate details with architectural objectives and with all disciplines involved in the design process. Our construction documents are crafted to clearly convey intent to bidders and contractors, minimizing requests for information, proactively avoiding change orders and accurately governing construction and compliance. All designs are supervised by a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) to produce systems that are standards-based and reflective of the latest best practices.
