CARLOS RIVERA

Carlos energetically implements solutions to challenges involving sound and vibration. His knowledge of architectural acoustics helps him control noise within and between spaces of all sizes and shapes.

Carlos is located in the Houston, Texas office and is lead acoustic designer for Jaffe Holden. He has strong capabilities in architectural acoustics for multi-use performing arts centers, corporate facilities and academic learning environments. He focuses on applying technology to conduct, analyze and create implementation strategies in the areas of architectural design, noise control, audio equipment design, and music production.

Carlos earned a Bachelor of Science degree in acoustics and music with honors from the University of Hartford in conjunction with the Hartt School of Music in Connecticut. His experience in acoustics combines holistically with his passion for music and engineering. Carlos is also a member of the Acoustical Society of America and National Council of Acoustical Consultants.
