We want to hire a marketing coordinator with at least three years of marketing experience in the AEC industry, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate will thrive working on multiple fast-paced deadlines and is highly capable in Microsoft Office. Experience with Deltek Vision, WordPress and Adobe InDesign is preferred. This position will be full time and can work remotely.

The marketing coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing department. Specific duties include leading the proposal development effort by writing and editing proposal documents, coordinating the flow of information internally and externally, tracking Go/No Go decisions, tracking proposal completion, managing multiple deadlines and preparing marketing reports.

 

The marketing coordinator ensures Jaffe Holden’s materials utilize proper grammar, punctuation, branding and adherence to AP Style guidelines. This person will assist in writing, editing and graphic design of materials including qualifications, cover letters, procedures, website blogs and social media content. This role has ample opportunity to take on additional client-facing and internal communications projects and to work with great people across all levels of the company. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate who can learn our CRM and contribute to the overall success of our team.
